In 2011, I went to Phoenix to learn more about the ancient tradition of yoga at the Spirit of Yoga in Tempe. I spent over a year fully immersed in the study of yoga and holistic nutrition and received a diploma in Yoga Therapy.
After moving back to San Francisco in 2013, I’ve continued my studies with Stephanie Snyder, Noah Maze, and Judith Laseter, while teaching all over the Bay Area. Staying true to the tradition of yoga with philosophy, breath work & mediation, I teach a challenging, dynamic, and rejuvenating Vinyasa Flow that focuses on the importance of flexibility, alignment, strength, and balance. My classes are intentionally created to provide a safe space for one to explore the deeper layers of one’s being, to deepen one’s connection with self, and to connect with one’s inner source of healing. In this journey of self exploration, I wish to empower you to cultivate greater self love & acceptance. I want you to experience to power yoga has to completely transform your life, the way it did for me.
